Job Description

Develops and drives the strategy and three-year roadmap for Store selling tools and reporting. This role drives our company ambition to win through improved customer service based on customers terms, increased sales volume through improved productivity, and actionable timely reporting.  Leads the organization to identify areas for growth and expand current best practices to develop stronger capabilities within inspiration and Clienteling selling. Identifies and leads appropriate internal and external resources to create a modernized selling experience for our customers and employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Integrates cross-functional teams to deliver selling in a modernized way through Product/Tech, UX, compensation, HR and Internal Comms
  • Drives sales volume outcomes through Clienteling selling tools and store sales reporting
  • Aligns resources to drive and influence best practices for selling, serving customers through in store and digital experiences.
  • Owns the development, creates efficiency and builds improvements in all elements of tools that enable selling in partnership with Store Leadership, ASM to create a modernized selling experience. 
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships at all levels of the pyramid with specific focus on partnerships with Product/Tech, Compensation and HR, Legal and Policy and execution teams- serving as the primary point of contact for selling tools and selling reporting
  • Supervises program managers

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience successfully managing and influencing teams.
  • Demonstrate strong capability to influence and develop selling employees remotely.
  • Effective at driving cross-functional teams and influencing partners across multiple business units.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding and ability to manage roadmaps within the business.
  • Ability to think strategically and innovatively; applying knowledge to help modernize processes/programs.
  • Demonstrated strong capability in verbal and written communications skills for a large audience.
  • Experience within store management, marketing, or social media platform preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of related experience (e.g., Strategy consulting, program management, customer experience).  Related experience in retail industry preferred.

Pay Range Details

Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$150,000.00 - $245,000.00 Annual

This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
