Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the required specifications. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous collaboration to deliver high-quality software tailored to organizational needs. The engineer acts as the main liaison for application-related activities, driving progress and maintaining alignment with project goals throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and reliability.
- Document design specifications and development processes to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and master data management processes.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to master data workflows and validations.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
