BUSINESS UNIT DESCRIPTION
The Capital Markets arm of CIBC provides integrated capital markets products, investment banking advisory services, corporate lending and top-ranked research to corporate, government and institutional clients around the world. Our goal is to be the leading Capital Markets franchise in Canada and the lead relationship bank for key clients globally.
The Business Management team supports regional business leaders by building and maintaining an appropriate infrastructure model. The team spearheads new programs to enhance front office support and manages various financial and project initiatives.
JOB PURPOSE
The incumbent is accountable for providing day-to-day trade control support for all trading room products, to ensure all trades executed by the Front Office have been independently verified, accurately booked and enriched into the requisite system applications in a timely manner. The incumbent is also required to assist in implementation of business controls and data processing for the Asia Pacific Region through internal structure, which involves several different groups, people, and applications.
