Project coordinators help the project teams manage resources and information and assist with scheduling and planning meetings and project activities. The project coordinator role may include additional duties and responsibilities and require expertise in a specific area of solutions, installation best practise and team coordination.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate efforts for installation of new equipment.

- Maintain time management and organizations skills to efficiently troubleshoot new sales orders to completion.

- Communicate with field service engineers to troubleshoot hardware/software problems or local access problems.

- Facilitate inter-departmental communication to effectively provide customer support.

- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.

- Organizing, attending, and participating in internal stakeholder meetings.

- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

- Preparing necessary materials for meetings with Field technician and subcontractors

- Ensuring project deadlines are met.

- Determining project changes.

- Providing administrative support as needed.

- Undertaking project tasks as required.

- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

- Assess project risks and issues and suggest solutions where applicable.

- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.

- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.

What we are looking for

- Minimum 6-year experience either in Field Service or Ops

- Minimum 6-year experience in leading teams

- At least 1 year of experience as S&D user (Service & Delivery)

- University degree in Electronic Industrial scope

- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Office Excel

- Good knowledge of written and spoken English

- Good organization and communication skills

- Good leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train employees

- Able to work in a team and stressful conditions
