Summary: The CyberArk PAM Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing CyberArk solutions to secure privileged accounts across enterprise environments. The role involves working closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure effective onboarding, policy enforcement, and compliance. Roles & Responsibilities: • Design and deploy CyberArk components including PVWA, CPM, PSM, Vault, and Conjur • Onboard privileged accounts across Windows, Linux, databases, and network devices • Integrate CyberArk with enterprise directories (AD/LDAP) and ticketing systems • Configure password rotation policies, access controls, and session recording • Perform health checks, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning of CyberArk infrastructure • Develop and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and onboarding workflows • Conduct access reviews, audit support, and compliance reporting • Collaborate with application owners and IT teams to identify and secure privileged credentials • Provide technical guidance and training to operations and support teams • Support incident response and troubleshooting related to PAM operations Professional & Technical Skills: • 3–7 years of experience in Identity & Access Management or cybersecurity • Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk Core PAS Suite (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM) • Experience in onboarding privileged accounts and managing safe structures • Familiarity with REST APIs, scripting (PowerShell, Python), and automation tools • Understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance requirements • Experience with integrating CyberArk with SIEM, ITSM, and MFA solutions • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field • Preferred certifications: o CyberArk Defender / Sentry / Guardian o CISSP, CISM, or equivalent IAM certifications Additional Information: • Experience with CyberArk Conjur or Secrets Manager for DevOps • Exposure to cloud PAM integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Knowledge of SailPoint, BeyondTrust, or other IAM/PAM tools
