We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Management Advisor. This role delivers independent, objective analysis and executive-level recommendations to strengthen operational performance, governance, and mission assurance across the organization.

 

Your Impactful Duties:

• Evaluate organizational program performance and provide strategic recommendations to Government leadership
• Deliver independent assessments of program execution risks and corrective actions
• Develop, review, and publish program reports, business plans, schedules, and approval documentation
• Support contract oversight, scope verification, and compliance with NGA program and financial policies
• Participate in IPTs, planning sessions, and management reviews with NGA and Mission Partners
• Advise on governance policies, acquisition strategies, and operational best practices
• Provide executive-level facilities planning and cradle-to-grave facilities operations expertise
• Conduct needs assessments, risk analysis, and develop courses of action for complex facilities challenges
• Produce executive briefings, comprehensive studies, and strategic presentations

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience providing strategic-level advice to senior leadership
• Strong written and oral communication skills with executive audiences
• Experience in program management, governance, and facilities operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, and SharePoint-based systems
• Experience assessing metrics, performance data, and operational effectiveness to support senior decision makers 
  at the executive level for strategic decisions
