We are seeking a talented individual to join our ProWriters team at Victor.  This role will be based in Malvern, PA.  This position is onsite on a full-time basis. 

The Associate Broker works with the Brokerage Team by assisting them with proposal preparation, new business processing on binders policies and invoices.  They also work to assist renewing policies by coordinating with the ProWriters Brokerage Team, Carriers, and retail brokers to obtain renewal information, procure renewal quotes, binders, policies, and invoices. 

We will count on you to:

• Assist a team of brokers with daily tasks such as creating renewal solicitations, preparing and distributing renewal proposals, managing policy issuance, and supporting complex client assignments alongside brokers

• Analyze client risks and assist in developing tailored solutions, while responding promptly to client queries and concerns to maintain satisfaction

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and insurance companies to ensure effective communication of client needs and market trends

• Monitor accounts including payments and collections, anticipate potential issues, and provide regular updates to management to ensure high-quality client service

• Review quotes, binders, and policies to ensure accuracy

• Work to obtain your P&C insurance license

What you need to have:

• A bachelor’s degree and / or 1-2 years of commercial insurance experience

• Proficiency in MS Office, including Microsoft excel

• Willingness to take on diverse tasks and work diligently in a fast-paced environment, being self-motivated and willing to ask questions as you learn on the job
