The Sebel Bowral Heritage Park, managed by Accor Vacation Club, is positioned close to Bowral Town Center in the Southern Highlands, the stylish apartments makes it the ideal place to relax or explore Bowral's boutique shopping and dining culture.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a vibrant and energetic individual to become a valuable member of our team as a Guest Service Agent. As the initial point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in our Front Office Operations.

This casual position offers flexibility with a diverse range of shifts on a rotating roster.  

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Provide friendly, courteous and professional service to all guests
  • Attend to check-in and check-out of guests in an efficient manner
  • Manage the guest room inventory and accounts in line with hotel procedures
  • Assist guests with requests and creating memorable experienced by sharing your hotel and local knowledge

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • Experience working in a similar a hospitality/customer service environment is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • passion for providing exceptional customer service through the handling of reservations, reception duties, guest activities and general administration
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word & Excel) with strong computer skills
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • Professional appearance and telephone manner
  • A demonstrated commitment to be part of a positive team
