POSITION SUMMARY

KKR is seeking An Early Careers Recruiter for its Human Capital Team, based in Dublin. The role includes overseeing a comprehensive campus recruiting and early careers recruiting strategy, successfully executing against these plans and goals, as well as developing and overseeing the various internship and analyst/associate training programs affiliated therein. This person will build and maintain relationships with university students and early lateral talent candidates to build robust talent pipelines for KKR’s hiring needs in its Business Operations functions which include Finance, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance and Human Capital.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

A successful candidate will have 7+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience (ideally in a financial services firm), with an emphasis on hands-on recruiting experience and deep relationships with various top ranked universities. The right candidate will have an excellent understanding of Ireland’s (and more broadly, EMEA’s) educational system and the Dublin financial services market. They will have a proven track record of designing/developing entry-level recruiting and training programs, managing simultaneous projects/processes, and working across/coordinating among multiple functions within an organization.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES                                                                  

  • 7+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience
  • Participate in multi-year workforce planning exercises to prepare thorough and detailed campus and early talent recruitment plans and processes, across various university degrees, working alongside human capital colleagues and hiring managers.
  • Identify, pipeline, and recruit qualified campus and early talent candidates by cultivating deep relationships with universities, partner organizations, affiliated student clubs as well as individuals.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of KKR and its business model and culture to identify, attract, assess, and retain talent.
  • Assisting hiring teams by screening prospects and interested candidates to determine who should advance, both by resume review and interview.
  • Ensure that talent pipelines are managed and cleared using Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Maintain relationships and pipelines with high potential campus talent that may evolve into potential early careers candidates.
  • Work closely with KKR’s Talent Development Team and each business to identify development areas and advise on possible training solutions and improvements.
  • Work closely with the US and London Campus Recruiting and Early Careers teams to design, refine, and execute new and current training programs and initiatives for early talent employees.
  • Keeping up to date on market compensation and hiring trends.
  • Develop and execute surveys to measure impact of training programs and developing key themes and metrics.

  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field.
