This role of Product manager is to oversee the development and management of lens products for AI smart glass from ideation to launch.

Objectives of this role: 

• - Full lifecycle product management of lens for AI smartglass.
• Responsibilities:
• - Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
• - Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
• - Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products.

Education / 教育背景

Master degree or above in Science & Engineering, Medical Science, Biomedical Engineering or related, preferably Ophthalmology & Optometry.

Experience / 經驗

3-5 years’ experience in a related industry.

Good English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing, intercultural awareness), ideally with international experience

Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

Great negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and product strategies is a plus.
