The Work:

• Architect solutions to support both internally developed systems and their rollout. This includes technical solutions as well as process improvements.

• Ensure smooth onboarding and initial configuration of client projects.

• This includes any desired customizations to workflows from either a process or technical perspective as well as ensuring collaboration is set up and client technical needs are met.

• This also includes ensuring our teams have access to the systems they need, creating and standardizing onboarding processes for clients and as trainings and materials for both current and new hires to familiarize themselves with our onboarding procedures.

• Offer technical subject matter expertise on a per client basis This will be a mostly technical aspect though it will involve finding the least time consuming and most effective solutions to issues in the interest of accelerating projects. Some examples include infrastructure (servers), SaaS integrations (Hubspot, Jira, etc), DNS configurations.

• Create processes, systems, and automations to ensure smooth operations and faster deployment both within and between teams

• Support Developer Operations.

• Collaborate with the appropriate stakeholder teams. Identify their needs and offer solutions to the issues they present, either technical, process or both.

 

Here’s what you’ll need:

Minimum of 8 years' experience, including setup configuration and troubleshooting:

• Windows  

• Windows Server management 

• Virtual machines/containers 

• Remote app 

• File sharing 

• Active Directory 

• MacOS 

• Credential management 

• File systems and permissions management 

• DNS configuration and management 

• Client-facing experience 

• Technology integrated process design and optimization.

Minimum of 3 years' experience, including systems design and troubleshooting:

• ​Python

• Jira  

• Low code applications 

• Devops 

• Application integrations 

• Linux 

• Restful APIs 

• AWS (EC2) 

• Process automation 

• Experience managing/overseeing a department. 

• Working with development and project management teams within an agency

Bonus points for:

• Strong Collaboration across teams and business areas

• Technical Project Management/tools

Travel 
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
