Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS) is the group responsible for leading Ericsson’s Enterprise Networking and Security business. Our growing product portfolio spans across wide area networks, local area networks and enterprise security. We are the #1 global market leader in Wireless-WAN based enterprise connectivity solutions and are growing fast in enterprise Private 5G networks and Secure Access Services Edge (SASE) solutions.
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to work in a team environment alongside field-based Strategic Account Managers via telephone in a defined geographic region. The goal for the Inside Sales Representative is to help facilitate and grow revenue, within the team environment, working with large Enterprise account managers. Responsibilities will include at different times all parts of the sales cycle, from prospecting through booked sale as well as operational work. Come be part of our first-class sales team!
Help achieve quota-based sales objectives through sales of products and services to new & existing Enterprise customers
Identify sales opportunities through lead follow up, networking and building relationships with potential customers and business partners
Assist Strategic Account Manager in funnel management, processes and follow up
Further facilitate sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, etc.
Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services
Develop and maintain an understanding of the marketplace, specific vertical and competitive offerings
Minimum Qualifications:
Two to five (2-5) years of sales experience
Experience working in a sales teaming/collaborative environment
Understanding of channel and distribution IT sales processes
Experience collaborating with channel sellers
SFDC, Excel, PowerPoint experience
Demonstrated prospecting & business development skills
Understanding of consultative, solution-based sales methodology (SPIN selling, Miller Heiman, Challenger Sale, etc.)
AA (Marketing/Business preferred) or equivalent experience
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
High attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple tasks
Ability to meet short deadlines
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to follow direction and receive coaching/feedback
Preferred Qualifications:
Successful B2B IT sales experience with strong emphasis on account management
Experience selling to or working at F1000 enterprises

Your Pay:
The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Your pay also includes the opportunity for monthly sales incentives. Actual payouts are dependent upon the attainment of agreed to revenue goals and objectives as determined by our management team.
