Summary:
As a Software Development Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand requirements and design solutions. The role includes coding and testing multiple parts of the application across different client projects. Time is also dedicated to maintaining existing systems, implementing enhancements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and functionality of software products. This position requires balancing development tasks with problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts to meet project goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience in developing responsive user interfaces and integrating with backend services.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
