Embark on this journey as a Leadership Development Program Associate and lay the foundation for your future.

Over 24 months, you’ll dive into three dynamic 8-month rotations that will give you real-world experience in key areas like:
• Accounting/tax/audit – learn the steps to reach the bottom line
• Finance – create decision support-based analytics for business partners
• Utility – blend both your finance and accounting skills on business projects that involve our internal service providers and business processes (ex: procurement, risk, treasury, real estate, business planning and analysis)

After exploring the breadth of the business unit(s) through each rotation, LDPs have the opportunity to post to a permanent position within Ameriprise Financial.

2025 Ameriprise Financial and Columbia Threadneedle Investments interns will be given preferred consideration during the application window closing August 25. The estimated base salary for this role is $68,000.00. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
