We're looking for a highly motivated associate to join our team! As a PIP Litigation Examiner, you will receive and process PIP lawsuits and/or arbitrations. Responsibilities include analyzing allegations and settling or defending (negotiating) based on the merits of the case, directing defense attorneys in various stages of litigation process, and analyzing complex sets of claim information. Negotiations will take place electronically and over the phone.

Prior PIP or FPM Experience is preferred. 

The salary range for this role is as $57,000 to $72,000 which is an hourly rate of $28.29 to 35.73 commensurate with experience.

The preferred candidate:

- Must be able to speak in a clear, empathic and professional manner by telephone.
- Must be able to document files in a clear, concise, professional written manner, to be understood by customers, clients, co-workers and other employees of the organization.
- Must attain and maintain the required licenses issued by various states.
- Must be able to handle heavy call volume in a fast-paced work environment, resolve complex business problems and handle complicated customer issues.
- Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting, multi-tasking skills.
- Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information.


 

Annual Salary

$28.29 - $44.17

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
