职位描述:

负责指定的零售全国性连锁客户的年度业务目标谈判;制定各项产品推广计划并推动计划落地执行;定期与客户进行业务跟进与回顾,理清业务推广中的问题并制定解决方案;与连锁客户各层管理人员建立良好合作交流关系,确保各项目标的达成,同时确保公司产品在指定客户内的增长率及品类占比的提升。

工作职责:

业务目标及客户管理

  • 整合资源,了解指定客户的年度策略,制定与客户策略方向匹配的年度JBP(联合生意计划)并与客户进行谈判, 达到指定产品的业绩目标,确保品类占有率和增长率的提升
  • 按照公司规定和业务需求制定连锁总部拜访计划并实施,同时按照区域业务需求,制定各重点分部和当地DM的共访计划并实施
  • 重点项目的执行及跟进,并进行相应数据分析,将Finding向客户和LM及时沟通,并共同制定相关问题的解决方案
  • 及时了解行业动态和相关省份的零售政策变化,与客户保持专业的沟通交流,建立高信任度的合作关系
  • 了解客户各类情况,包括组织架构的变化、相关竞品的活动、客户品类的动态及策略的变化,将相关信息及时汇报给LM,并共同制定相应的合作方案调整
  • 定期参加大区会议,与区域分享相关客户的业绩与项目进展
  • 及时了解一级商的供应情况,制定准确的备货需求
  • 执行公司市场开发策略和计划,完成新产品在连锁的准入

  • 掌握完整的,不断更新的产品知识,确保产品推广信息与公司市场部保持一致
  • 学习政府出台的各类零售政策,进行准确的解读
  • 充分学习和利用市场部提供的其他资料,以利于产品推广
  • 了解竞争对手同类产品的相关知识

  • 在产品推广及日常工作中,严格遵守公司各项SOP、合规要求及财务制度,确保所有行为符合公司道德准则与合规原则。

要求

学历背景:

  • 本科或以上学历

工作经验:

  • 2-3年销售工作经验;外资制药公司工作经验优先
