Must have the ability to be a quick learner and multitask well. Must be organized and detail oriented. Must have at least 2 years of customer service experience and call center experience. Need to type 50 words per minute and be proficient with Microsoft excel and word. Must be flexible.

Need to able process at least 100 calls to DMVs, dealers and customer per day.

Need to be able to note at least 100 accounts and fill out DMV forms correctly and perform website look ups .

Need to learn the procedures and policies of the DMVs in all 50 states and apply to the accounts.
