The Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Analyst  will support, enhance, and maintain Oracle E‑Business Suite modules across Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or HR (depending on the organization’s footprint). This role works under the guidance of senior developers/analysts and participates in development, troubleshooting, and small-to-medium enhancements within the EBS ecosystem.

Position Responsabilities

• Support simple customizations and integrations under supervision (SQL queries, basic PL/SQL fixes, data loads, and small .NET-based connectors).
• Work with functional leads to understand business processes (Finance, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory) and gather basic requirements for small enhancements.
• Assist with report development and modification (SQL-based reports, Oracle XML Publisher or alternative reporting tools).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Oracle 11i modules (AP, AR, PO, INV, WIP, BOM, etc.).
• Assist with day-to-day Oracle EBS support: triage incidents, raise and track tickets, reproduce issues and gather required logs/data for troubleshooting.
• Work with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Perform data fixes under supervision following approved change-control procedures.
• Write SQL queries to analyze data across EBS tables (11i schema).
• Maintain and document business requirements, code changes, technical designs, and test cases following AIM methodology.
• Assist in developing and maintaining interfaces using (SQL loader, PL/SQL, Open iterfaces and APIS).
• Participate in testing inbound/outbound data flows with external systems.
• Support unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Create test scripts and documentation.
• Assist in patching cycles, cloning activities, and environment validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors and business users to ensure successful delivery of small enhancement requests and fixes.
• Work with senior developers to learn Oracle EBS development tasks: forms, concurrent programs, APIs, workflows, and extension patterns.
• Implementing AI‑enabled process optimization and intelligent automation within Oracle EBS..

Requirements:

• University. (Title)
• 1-3 years of experience
• Systems: Oracle, PL/SQL Office 365
• Others: .Net, VB, C#, AI Tools
• Inermediate English Level
