Job Description:

主要职责

软件支持与故障排除

  • 负责远程帮助员工解决操作系统(如 Windows、Mac OS)和常用应用程序(如 Microsoft Office、Outlook、邮件客户端等)相关的软件问题。
  • 协助员工解决应用程序冲突、系统崩溃、软件安装失败等常见软件问题。

软件安装与配置

  • 提供操作系统和应用软件的安装、配置和更新支持,包括常见软件(如 Office、VPN 客户端等)的远程安装和升级。
  • 协助员工配置常用的企业软件和工具,确保软件的顺利运行。

远程技术支持

  • 通过远程桌面工具(如 TeamViewer、AnyDesk、远程桌面等)进行故障诊断和修复,解决用户在使用软件过程中的问题。
  • 协助解决网络连接问题(如 VPN 连接、Wi-Fi 设置等)和软件与网络的兼容性问题。

职位要求

1.历要求: 大专及以上学历,计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业优先。

2.语要求: 英语四级及以上,具备一定的英语读写能力,能够阅读并理解技术文档,以及通过邮件和聊天工具与团队成员和员工进行沟通。

3.技能要求:

  • 熟悉 Windows 和 Mac 操作系统,能够支持常见操作系统问题的排查与解决。
  • 熟悉常用办公软件和企业软件(如 Microsoft Office、邮件客户端、VPN、浏览器等)的安装与配置。
  • 能够通过远程桌面工具提供技术支持,解决软件相关的问题。

4.软技能

  • 良好的沟通能力,能够清晰地通过邮件、聊天工具与员工和团队成员进行沟通。
  • 具备较强的学习能力和问题解决能力,能够独立思考并在指导下解决技术问题。
  • 良好的团队协作精神,能够在远程工作环境中有效配合其他团队成员。

Main Responsibilities:

Software Support and Troubleshooting:

  • Provide remote assistance to employees for resolving software issues related to operating systems (e.g., Windows, Mac OS) and commonly used applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Outlook, email clients).
  • Assist employees with resolving application conflicts, system crashes, software installation failures, and other common software issues.

Software Installation and Configuration:

  • Provide remote installation, configuration, and update support for operating systems and applications, including common software (e.g., Office, VPN clients).
  • Assist employees with configuring essential business software and tools to ensure smooth software operation.

Remote Technical Support:

  • Use remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Remote Desktop) to diagnose and resolve software-related issues faced by users.
  • Assist with resolving network connectivity issues (e.g., VPN connections, Wi-Fi setup) and compatibility issues between software and networks.

Job Requirements:

Educational Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

English Proficiency:

  • CET-4 (College English Test Band 4) or higher, with good reading and writing skills in English. Ability to read and understand technical documentation, and communicate via email and chat tools with team members and employees.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, capable of troubleshooting and resolving common OS-related issues.
  • Experience with installing and configuring common office and enterprise software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email clients, VPN, browsers).
  • Ability to provide technical support through remote desktop tools and resolve software-related issues.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly through email and chat tools with employees and team members.
  • Strong learning ability and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think independently and resolve technical issues under guidance.
  • A good team player, able to collaborate effectively with other team members in a remote work environment.
