As the Change Communications Manager, you will create, implement and oversee change communication programmes for key initiatives in Student and Academic Services Department (SASD) and others where applicable in NTU.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement change communication plans targeted at NTU staff and students in relation to the university’s key student-related initiatives and other relevant projects like enhancement of student intranet.
Develop content and direct creative execution to provide a consistent, targeted, and impactful change communication messages.
Work collaboratively with the key stakeholders on change communication matters like presentations, communication materials etc.
Build and maintain solid partnerships with internal NTU stakeholders to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate strategic change management and communications designed to meet business goals.
Design campaigns to target specific audiences, placing an emphasis and discipline on campaign performance to help with recommendations for future programmes.
Lead on website content for student intranet related to Student Management System (SMS) and Student and Academic Services Department (SASD) related matters including NTU Education.
Contribute ideas for new programmes, researching and recommending innovative branding techniques.
Research and understand key business challenges, stakeholder behaviour, target audiences, competitive activity that impacts programmes within the business and assigned departments.
Identify and present opportunities for consistency in messaging and user experience across channels including physical signage, digital platforms, and printed materials.
Stay informed of developments in the field of marketing and communications within the education industry to foster ideas and innovation.
Design and deliver differentiated communication messages for stakeholder groups identified for Target Operating Model (for student and academic services).
Requirements
Minimal 8 years in strategic communication, project communication or equivalent, in large organisation.
Minimal 8 years in change management with the ability to effectively communicate and facilitate organisational change initiatives.
Strong, versatile copywriting skills to create engaging and impactful content across various channels.
Proactive approach in resolving problems and issues as they arise.
Critical thinking abilities coupled with excellence in crafting clear and concise messaging.
Good organisational, planning, and coordination skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
Ability to multi-task and re-prioritise as needed.
Desire to take full ownership of assigned projects and can work independently.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
Possesses a sense of urgency; is self-motivated and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships,
Good verbal presentation and written skills, group dynamic, and facilitation skills for engaging communication.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web content management systems experience.
Driven to achieve goals and deliver high-quality outcomes with a focus on measurable results.
Eagerness to seek out new knowledge, skills, and experiences to enhance professional growth and development.
