Job Summary

The Senior Analyst, Security Operations is responsible for ensuring Comcast Cable Security is compliant with all access control auditing requirements. The Senior Analyst will manage the access control auditing program and perform / complete all required audits by the required delivery dates. This role will also be responsible for ensuring Cable HQ Security is compliant with any other auditing deliverables required by Comcast or its business units.

The Senior Analyst will champion quality assurance efforts across the Cable HQ Security program to ensure compliance with Cable HQ physical security standards and procedures. This role is expected to work collaboratively and independently to conduct audits and quality assurance efforts across functional areas of the business to include working with key stake holders and physical security leads. This role will operate with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

This position will report directly to the Senior Director, Physical Security & Technology. This is a virtual based role.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Audit

  • Responsible for ensuring Comcast Cable Security is compliant with all access control auditing requirements; performs and completes all required audits by the required delivery dates.
  • Manages the access control auditing program in its entirety; develops and promotes standardization and program maturity.  
  • Assists in remediating audit findings related to physical access controls. 
  • Ensures Cable HQ Security is compliant with any other auditing deliverables required by Comcast or its business units.
  • Other auditing duties as assigned.

Quality Assurance

  • This role will champion quality assurance efforts across the Cable HQ Security program to ensure security teams compliance with Cable HQ physical security standards and procedures.
    • Completes virtual quality assurance reviews of security desk operations.
    • Tracks non-favorable responses from security operations managers completed site visitation guides.
    • Reviews security designs to ensure compliance with Physical Security Playbook.
    • Reviews vendor invoices to ensure proper invoicing.  
  • Tracks the Physical Security Assessment (PSA) program and works with the Senior Director to ensure security operations managers are completing PSA’s in compliance with the Comcast Physical Security Policy.
  • Tracks non-favorable PSA responses to promote remediation of any open action items.
  • Reviews video and alarm responses by security personnel to influence compliance with response standards and guidelines.
  • Other quality assurance duties as assigned.

Job Specification

  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Generally, requires two plus years of related experience. 
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple duties with minimal supervision.

  • Must be able to work a variable schedule as necessary.
  • Minimal to no travel required.
