Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in strategy development, managing daily operations, monitoring systems for security vulnerabilities, and supporting project management.

  • Communicating system requirements, improving system performance, and supervising maintenance activities to ensure end-user support.

  • Educating upper management and clients on system functionalities, creating system structures, and ensuring compliance with technical standards.

  • Assisting with budget planning, managing expenditures, implementing security measures, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

  • Planning, executing, and overseeing projects from inception to completion; adept at managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations and implementing best practices in project management.

  • Documenting designs and decisions, managing assets, and staying updated with emerging technology trends.

  • Overseeing various positions within the Resort Technology team, ranging from Senior Managers to Specialists.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a technology position in an integrated resort, including experience with IT architecture, system design, MICE and event management, construction project management or related fields.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CTS-D, CTS-I, TOGAF, Crestron Technical Institute certifications, QSys System Architect, etc.) are a plus.

  • Proficiency in various software (e.g., CAD, Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

  • Knowledge of audio routing and management in large distributed systems, in particular QSC and Qsys is essential.

  • Experience with all sorts of convention and production equipment (e.g., GrandMA, Yamaha audio mixers, Digico audio mixers, Shure microphones, Barco video hardware, Analogway, etc.) is essential.

  • Extensive experience with room control platforms e.g., (Crestron, VDA) is essential.

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines, as well as lead and mentor technical teams.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, including speaking and writing English and Cantonese fluently. Mandarin is an advantage.

  • May require flexible working hours, including evenings, nights, and public holidays, based on project needs.
