Key Performance Areas

To ensure the Projects are executed in the highest standards of Safety and Compliance together with Quality, timeline, and Approved Budget with highest Customer Satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

• Firstly, you will ensure a safe working environment abiding by all necessary health and safety requirements and legislation and promote a proactive safe working environment.
• Preparation of Project documents derived out of Customer PO/Contract  
• Prepare Budget and Invoicing Plans
• Communication and follow-up to all the internal stake holders  
• Execute the orders within scope, time and budgeted cost.
• Interaction with client at all stages from kick off till warranty
• Continuous review of project
• Problem solving during warranty period.
• Raising of invoices, Payment and closure of technical, commercial and legal with documents.  Interaction with co-departments – Sales, engineering , purchase, installation, service, etc.
• Ensure work is executed in line with EHS and core values principles 

Profile

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering(Civil/Mech/Industrial/Electrical)
• 5-8 yrs of Experience in Project Execution in a Project Oriented Engineering Company
• Full Working Knowledge of Microsoft Tools.
• Expert knowledge of applying Project Management Process and Practices.
• Pleasing personality and ability to work through people
