About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic Crypto Trading Operations Analyst to join our innovative team at Aplo. In this role, you'll be at the intersection of traditional finance and the evolving world of cryptocurrency, supporting our trading platform with your expertise and analytical skills.

What You'll Do

• Manage our crypto asset listings and respond to system alerts as a first responder

• Monitor market events and provide continuity during crypto ecosystem developments

• Deliver specialized support to clients and handle their unique operational requests

• Perform accounting reconciliation and contribute to key financial metrics tracking

• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance client experience and reduce operational risks

• Evaluate and integrate new assets based on client requests and operational feasibility

Who You'll Work With

You'll report directly to Simon, our Chief Operating Officer, and work closely with Jean-Baptiste, our Operations Associate. Together, you'll ensure the smooth functioning of our trading operations while continuously improving our platform's capabilities.

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree from a business or engineering school

• Strong interest in crypto and financial markets

• Excellent analytical mindset with an affinity for numbers

• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel

• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Rigorous approach to problem-solving with strong ownership

• Excellent communication skills in both English and French (C2 level)

Nice to Have

• Experience in crypto-asset operations (wallet management, exchanges, DeFi)

• Understanding of blockchain technology

• Python programming skills for data analysis

• Background in traditional trading operations

• Familiarity with Notion, Google Workspace, and Looker Studio

Recruitment Process

1. Interview with Diane (HR) - Discussion about your background and introduction to Aplo (45 mins)

2. Interview with Jean-Baptiste (Operations Associate) - Technical conversation about your crypto knowledge and operational experience

3. Take-Home Case Study - Practical assignment

4. Meeting with Simon (COO) - Live assessment with real-time problem-solving

5. Reference Checks

The entire process typically takes 3 weeks, with feedback provided at each stage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: 40,000€ - 55,000€

• BSPCE (French employee stock options)

• Navigo pass reimbursement (100%)
