The Cabin Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe cleaning of aircraft cabins, ensuring all flights are prepared for departure. In this role, you will supervise cabin cleaning crews, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with safety standards. This is an ideal position for those with at least one year of aviation cabin cleaning experience and previous leadership experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct Crew Chiefs and cabin cleaning team members during assigned shifts.
  • Manage manpower to ensure adequate staffing for cabin cleaning operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and management to prevent or mitigate potential delays.
  • Enforce all AGI and airline safety regulations and company policies.
  • Delegate tasks to ensure flights are cleaned and prepared for on-time departures.
  • Conduct on-the-job training and provide coaching for new and existing team members.
  • Assist with cabin cleaning duties, including aircraft security searches, cleaning, and restocking as needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of aviation cabin cleaning experience.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in an aviation environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and station leadership.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and obtain airport security clearance, including an extensive 10-year background check.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (14 kg) regularly.
  • Capability to stand, lift, bend, push, and pull for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working around jet and machinery noises.
