The Vice President, Account Management, is a senior leadership role responsible for driving client growth, retention, and satisfaction across Broadridge’s Issuer Solutions business.
The Vice President, Account management will oversee a large team of Account Managers, ensuring achievement of revenue, quota, and market share objectives through strategic account planning, cross-sell and upsell initiatives, and exceptional client service.
VP will set vision and direction for the team, cultivate talent, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
In addition, this role will serve as a critical partner to product, service, operations, and finance leaders, aligning sales execution with enterprise goals and client needs.
The successful candidate will be a proven people leader and strategic thinker who combines deep market expertise with the ability to inspire teams and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Salary range $190,000.00- $210,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
