What You'll Do
Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns: Lead the development and execution of digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, Tiktok, Programmatic, etc) for clients. This includes identifying campaign objectives, target audiences, advertising channels, and content creation.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance: Track and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign performance. This includes monitoring metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on investment.
Mentor and monitoring junior staff: To ensure that campaigns are executed effectively and meet client expectations. This includes providing guidance, feedback, and training as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams: Lead the conversation with several Department such account team by initiate solution and to ensure that campaigns are executed effectively and meet client expectations. Identify potential issue, troubleshooting and communicate recommendation or improvement.
Reporting: The ad optimizer provides reports on campaign performance and makes recommendations for improvements. Checking the junior Ad Optimizer report before hands to Data Analyst

Who You Are
Bachelor degree
3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus as a strategist or performance marketing along with 1 years in supervise team (team Lead)
Familiar with online advertising campaign in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360 and perform deep campaign analysis
Good knowledge across Digital Marketing tools such as Google Trends, Analytics or Keyword Planner
Experience using Slides or PowerPoint
Critical thinking, detail oriented, team work and logical reasoning
Passion for digital advertising and have great presentation skills
