We’re looking for a creative and proactive Communications Analyst to join Wildlife’s Brand & Communications team. This position is based in São Paulo, Brazil.
You will support the development and execution of both internal and external communication initiatives, helping strengthen Wildlife’s brand, corporate positioning, and employee alignment. This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys working across departments and translating business goals into clear, engaging communication.

 

What you’ll do

  • Corporate and Brand Communication: Support the execution of Wildlife’s corporate communication strategy. Ensure brand consistency across internal and external touchpoints and contribute to messaging and positioning.
  • Internal Communications: Develop and improve internal communication initiatives that keep our global team aligned and informed. Partner with leadership and the People team to communicate key updates effectively.
  • External Communications and PR: Support PR initiatives and external visibility efforts. Help develop institutional materials and key messaging.
  • Digital Channels and Content: Manage and update the company website in WordPress. Create and edit content for internal channels, website, and social media. Edit short-form videos when needed and leverage AI tools to optimize workflows.
  • Events and Projects: Support internal and external corporate events and assist the Communications team on company-wide initiatives and announcements.


What you need

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, branding, journalism, or related fields.
  • Advanced English, written and verbal, is essential for our global environment.
  • Experience with WordPress is required. Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Zoom and Google Meet. Basic video editing skills for social media. Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation.
  • Strong storytelling abilities with the ability to make complex information clear and engaging.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable interacting with different stakeholders and levels of leadership.
