Leidos has an immediate opening for Senior Power Platform Developer to join our Mission Assurance Enterprise Accreditations and Continual Improvement (EA&CI) team. The team focuses on maturing program execution success by strategically improving the Leidos corporate common process. In this mission, we are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop and implement innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform to streamline business processes and enhance productivity. The Developer must have a deep knowledge of and experience in Microsoft Power Apps/Power Automate/Power BI.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop business requirements, perform gap analysis, formulate and develop Power Platform based solutions.
- Automate business processes with high quality Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
- Create impactful Power BI reports based on customer requirements.
- Create products with an emphasis on user experience and ease-of-use.
- Develop and maintain a streamlined approach to data management, use, and data integrity.
- Develop and continue to refine Power Platform implementation standards and tools.
- Assist with migration of content from SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online.
- Maintain existing legacy applications in SharePoint 2019 until transition is complete.
- Participate in regular project meetings and provide progress reports.
- Serve as Microsoft Power Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME), with technical expertise in solution design.
- Help create and maintain requirements and design documentation.
- Work with the support team to resolve production support issues interfacing with user community as needed.
- Stay up to date on the latest updates to the Power Platform, as well as future roadmap features announced in Microsoft's wave plans.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years' relevant IT and process improvement experience. Additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Prior experience should include 3+ years of experience in Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Must have at least 8 years of experience in SharePoint administration or development.
- History of high quality and high performance while working in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Ability to communicate with senior leadership regarding matters of significant importance to the organization/project.
- Work independently to achieve day-to-day objectives.
- Responsible for achieving technical milestones that contribute to one or more projects.
- Effectively multitask; work independently/telecommute; think tactically and strategically to influence the development of solutions.
- Collaborate with other functional teams in a highly visible, dynamic work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas through written technical documents and oral presentations.
- Respond to leadership requests quickly, recognizing that they often trace to executive needs.
- US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience customizing and building Accessible SharePoint products and features, especially with Section 508 requirements.
- Experience with Information Architecture and/or User Interface Design (e.g. wireframes, mockups, etc.).
- Experience using PowerShell, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or ShareGate +Nintex.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00
