Receipt, Storage, and Dispensing of Raw Material and Packaging Material
Job Responsibilities
- Receiving of Raw/Packaging materials.
- Storage of Raw/Packaging materials as per their status.
- Itemwise/batch wise Raw/ Packaging materials kept in racks and location to be maintained in SAP.
- Dispensing of Raw/ Packaging material as per GMP.
- Material Return Memo receive from Production to be checked physically with respect to mateials.
- To ensure any time readiness for GMP/Regulatory /EHS/Financial Audit.
- To ensure all the related documentation of GMP quality , EHS , HR, account to be followed as per requirement.
- Cleaning of Racks and pallets to be done as per GMP requirement.
- Pasting of Barcode labels.
- Stacking of Raw/Packaging materials in racks.
- Unloading of liquid paraffin , sorbitol and SDS at tank yard .
- Cleaning of storage tanks of liquid paraffin, SDS, and sorbitol at tank yard
- Participation in external and internal training.
- Training to other team members.
- Handling of on line rejection and expiry materials as per SOP.
- To ensure that all area of warehouse is clean and in hygiene condition.
- Take care of all assets present in stores.
- To provide on the job training/shadowing/qualification to employees under training, as applicable.
