职责概述Position Primary Requirement： 

全面领导生产部门按照法律法规和公司的程序规定，按时完成公司生产计划订单，高效组织生产资源，持续提升生产绩效，并带领生产精益智能化转型。关键可交付成果包括但不限于: 确保新产品和现有产品生产、设备和工艺符合公司质量管理体系的要求, 应用先进的技术和制造工程学科的知识，开发和实施制造工艺，设备，设施和文件，以满足当前和未来的产量，质量，职业健康和成本要求。 

Lead the production department to fulfill the production plans & orders on time according to laws and regulations and company procedures, efficiently organize production resources, continuously improve production performance, and drive the site production in lean and intelligent transformation. Key deliverables include, but are not limited to, ensuring that new and existing product manufacturing, equipment and processes meet Company quality management system requirements, and applying advanced skills and knowledge of manufacturing engineering discipline to develop and implement manufacturing processes, equipment, facilities and documents, in order to meet the current and future production volume, quality, OHS and cost requirements.

生产组织&制造工艺Production& Process Engineering 

• 专注于有助于从生产和环境健安全方面实现组织使命的战略和运营目标的制定及其实施，有效的计划和组织团队可交付成果 Focus on the development and implementation of strategic and operational objectives that contribute to the organization's mission in terms of production and environmental health and safety, effectively plan and organize deliverables within the team. 

• 导入和提升生产流程工艺和测试工艺，代表新产品导入生产，同时与产品开发密切合作，确保产品的稳健性和可制造性, 并组织新设备、新工艺和新流程的培训，验证和实施工作 Introduce & develop production process technology, represent NPI Manufacturing whilst working closely with RD Development to ensure robust, manufactural products industrialization. provide training, validation and implementation of new equipment, processes & procedures. 

• 通过可见和积极的JDI、6S, 精益和持续改进活动，推动卓越业务文化和智能化转型 Drive a culture of Business Excellence through visible and active JDI, 6S, Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives in business excellence and digitalization transformation. 

环境健康安全&质量体系符合性EHS& Quality Compliance 

• 负责按照法律法规建立和执行健全公司生产质量管理和EHS(环境健康安全)相关体系文件、规章制度并持续改善 Establish and implement and continuously improve the QMS production & EHS related procedures and documents, according to laws and regulations 

• 建设最高安全生产文化，确保在职责范围内遵守公司健康和安全管理体系所有方面(管理安全培训，工作制度等) ，并打造安全工作环境，并实施和关闭措施，以持续改善工作场所安全 Build a culture that promotes the highest levels of safety. Be accountable for ensuring compliance with all aspects of the company’s EHS management system within the areas of responsibility (managing safety training, work systems etc.). Promote a safe working environment as well as implementing & closing out actions for the continual improvement of work place safety. 

• 确保在团队中遵守公司质量的所有相关要求，并积极建立&促进最高质量水平的文化 Ensure compliance with all aspects of Quality within the team and proactively build a culture that promotes the highest levels of Quality 

工厂设施&生产设备管理Facility Infrastructure& Production Equipment Management 

• 建立健全工厂基础设施和生产设备的管理制度，执行和改善设施设备的综合设备效率OEE，确保设施设备满足不断发展的业务需求 Establish and develop the maintenance management system (Total Preventive Maintenance TPM) of site infrastructure& equipment, continuously improve the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of site infrastructure& equipment, to meet the developing business requirement  

团队管理和人才发展Team Management& Development 

• 管理员工并行使充分管理权力，包括绩效评估、薪酬决定、招聘、纪律、终止和其他人事行动 Manage staff and exercises full management authority, including performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, discipline, termination and other personnel actions 

• 开发、指导和指导团队，提供高效解决方案，运营关键结果，并证明对所提供的服务的所有权和责任; 交付以成果为重点的运营模型，努力在所有相关利益相关方之间建立协作团队 Develop, coach and mentor the team to deliver effective solutions, operational key results and demonstrate ownership and accountability for the service provided. Deliver outcomes focused operational model that strives to build collaborative teams across all relevant stakeholders 

• 与本地/总部的高层管理人员就多个功能范围、部门和/或订单的复杂问题推动高效协作 Interact with local& global senior management level for driving better collaboration on the complex matters concerning functional areas, divisions, and/or customer order related

• 参与本部门年度生产相关的各项费用的预算，费用统计和控制 Establish and control the site annual production budget 

• 上级主管安排的其他事项 Other tasks assigned by supervisor or line manager 

职位要求的资历和经验Let’s talk about you:

要求具备Required: 

• 学士学位, 机械，电子工程，机电一体化，安全工程，制造管理等与该职位匹配的相关专业 Bachelor’s degree with majors in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Safety Engineering, Manufacturing, or any related discipline or equivalent major consummate with the role  

• 10年以上大批量少品种和小批量多品种的制造环境的制造工艺和设备经验，尤其是在装配和自动化领域有所经历的 Above 10 years of experience of manufacturing processes & equipment for high volume+ low mix and low volume+ high mix manufacturing environments, particularly in assembly and automation 

• 对精益制造、EHS和GMP流程有良好经验或背景 Good experience or background in LEAN initiatives, EHS and GMP processes 

• 必须在受控的医疗器械质量体系环境下，对生产过程开发、风险管理和过程验证有较强的理解，并能够作为生产质量管理流程的负责人应对质量和监管部门审核活动 Must have a strong understanding of Manufacturing Process Development, Risk Management and process validation within a regulated Medical Device Quality System environment, and be able to represent this as SME to quality and regulatory audits 

• 具备优秀的领导能力，优秀沟通能力和与内部和总部全球利益相关者的高效协作能力 An excellent communication and effective collaboration with internal & global stakeholders and with people leadership qualities

• 办公室软件操作熟练，汉语母语，英语流利并可以作为工作语言 Skill in Microsoft Office System；Mandarin Chinese is native language; English is influence enough as a working language.  

优先的Preferred: 

• 具备制造自动化和/或制造数字化经验者优先 Manufacturing Automation and/ or digitalization experience will be an added advantage 

• 具备导入新开发产品设计到量产的项目经验优先 Experience in bringing new designs into production is preferred 

• 优秀的沟通技能优先，包括技术报告的总结和表述 Excellent presentation skill is preferred, including technical reports presenting and interpreting
