We are looking for an HRIS Reporting Analyst to join our growing Data and People Analytics team. The successful candidate will work with the Senior Manager of Data & People Analytics and will be responsible for delivering end- to- end reporting across the full employee lifecycle and play a pivotal role in leading the organization towards a data-driven and insight-led culture.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop reports while adhering to internal standards to ensure reuse and maintainability.
  • Crafting reports and dashboards that efficiently communicate HR data insights to partners at all levels of the organization.
  • Collecting, reporting on and analyzing people data, including but not limited to: headcount, turnover, diversity, recruitment, performance and compensation metrics.
  • Development of internal reporting standards and processes to ensure consistency of people analytics and efficient reporting being provided to the business.
  • Fix report issues as needed.
  • Continuously evaluate the efficiency of existing reports and recommend improvements.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and standard methodologies in HR data analytics.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience with Workday (preferred) or other HRIS system, including an understanding of reporting, data structure and system capabilities.
  • Experience in HR reporting, data analysis or people analytics, data governance, and data structure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sophisticated data sets.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to efficiently communicate sophisticated data insights to partners at all levels.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and policies is preferred.
  • Shown attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with both internal and external partners/teammates.
  • Deep understanding of Workday reporting, data structure and system capabilities.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI etc.(nice to have)
