Job Description

General Objective:

Support the Finance Manager in analyzing every day financial activities and provide advice and guidance for the company. It will coordinate the execution of the annual operation plan and provide adhoc reportings for decision making as well as team with multifunctional teams in cost reduction projects and financial tasks to the organization.

Responsabilities:

  • Guides Finance Analyst coordinating activities mainly related to account analysis
  • Guide and prepare end of month process and reporting package with accounting team.
  • Coordinate a Finance Analyst to distribute and present accurate Financial Statements and Analytics Reports on time.
  • Coordinate monthly and year end closing with accounting team.
  • Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking and reports.
  • Coordinate annual Budget process.
  • Coordinate Finance Analyst to prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Follow up investment projects and proper capitalization.
  • Review local ROI projects.
  • Lead employees who are responsible for financial reporting and Budget process.
  • Support the Finance Manager in working with Directors, General Manager & Site Staff around budget, spending, reporting and financial accountability.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as an Accountant or Finance Analyst.
  • Bilingual (Spanish – English +90%)

Academic requierements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or similar.

Technical Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge in Excell.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge in SAP Finance, Contpaq.
  • TRESS System.
  • Oracle.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Teamwork oriented.
  • Communication Skills.
  • High sense of responsibility.
  • Active listener.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, planning and organizing, scheduling and monitoring.
