Grow profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy in full alignment with agreed plans
Take solution and service offerings — including TaaS — to key customers
Lead business development initiatives to optimise commercial outcomes
Drive sales of specific vendors or projects where specialist knowledge is required
Successfully negotiate and win key tenders and large deals
Enable and support sales teams to grow share of wallet and market share
Build strong, positive relationships with vendors and stakeholders, positioning TD SYNNEX as a Trusted Advisor
Increase both customer loyalty and profitability
Work in close collaboration with FSEs and vendor teams
Own quarterly vendor business planning and execution
What You’ll Bring
Strong commercial awareness and customer focus
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
The ability to build structured, effective sales activity
High energy, resilience, and a motivating presence
A strong sense of ownership and accountability
Strategic thinking paired with hands‑on execution
Confidence working with numbers and commercial data
Knowledge of technology products and solutions (channel experience is an advantage)
IT industry awareness, including vendors, partners, and competitive landscape
Experience influencing and enabling sales teams
Strong self‑management and prioritisation skills
