Position Summary
The Hospital Operations Manager supports the development and implementation of significantly complex initiatives that support the delivery of high quality, cost effective patient care through activities based on dedication to excellence, strategic vision/goals and objectives, effective leadership, financial stability and promotes company culture. The Manager serves as a liaison between patients and/or their families, hospital staff, administration, and practitioners; works with leadership to create and implement patient satisfaction, employee engagement and provider engagement improvement strategies; ensures use of standardized project management methodologies, processes and tools; delivers within approved budget, schedule and meets quality standards.Responsibilities
Requirements
Five (5) years of recent work experience in a healthcare setting performing any combination of duties in support of program/project planning, development, coordination or operations improvement, strategic planning, data analysis or community development
Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
OR
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration
Three (3) years of applicable work experience required
Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $100,547.00 - $144,685.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
