About the Role

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, sharing product information, and resolving issues for LNRS Hong Kong Team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Assist the sales team in improving customer satisfaction through issue resolution, billing, invoicing, order processing, legal coordination, and contract implementation.
  • Onboard and support sales closures, navigating any obstacles.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the sales team, key customers, and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the sales team and implement best practices.
  • Provide support for onboarding and all steps of the sales process.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive understanding of sales processes and procedures.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports using Microsoft Excel or similar software.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong customer service focus and determination to achieve outstanding outcomes.
