Our Sweden site in Arninge/Täby is home to around 600 employees, and in your immediate team you’ll collaborate with about 50 talented colleagues. Responsibilities

• Work across disciplines (mechanics, optics, software, electronics) to ensure optimal image quality in advanced camera systems.
• Analyze and optimize the image chain, from detector to final output, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Provide production support and collaborate closely with manufacturing teams.
• Develop and test algorithms and tools for image performance evaluation.
• Interface with hardware and software teams to integrate solutions into embedded systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system-level issues without getting stuck—adapt and move forward to meet delivery deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong technical competence and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with MATLAB and Python; knowledge of C/C++ and embedded systems is a plus.
• Understanding of detectors, physics, and image processing fundamentals.
• Experience with both hardware and software development and a system-level mindset.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).

Security Clearance: Must pass a security background check and be eligible for U.S. export control licenses (ITAR/EAR).
