The Associate Director, Informatics will contribute to both mid and long term planning efforts to ensure the effective creation, maintenance, and enterprise wide distribution of data assets for all Patient Safety measures. This position also involves significant cross functional collaboration to support outreach initiatives, including study design, vendor partnership management, and marketing support.
Success in this role requires demonstrated leadership, exceptional communication and storytelling skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and priorities in a fast paced environment.
This position reports to the Director, Informatics.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Healthcare, Informatics, Computer Science or related field
6 or more years of data analytics experience
2 or more years of leadership experience with direct reports (Ideally leading a remote team associates)
Experience with reporting (from dealing with large data sets to report production)
Experience with data mining, predictive modeling techniques and using data to drive business outcomes and decisions
Technical proficiency in coding and data visualization tools such as SAS, Python, PowerBI or similar tools
Excellent verbal and written communication
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information and present findings and insights to non-technical professionals and executive level leadership
Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree
Experience in PQA/NCQA measure analytics
Knowledge of and/or experience in CMS Stars and/or MTM analytics
Advanced experience in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
