Position Overview:   The Operations Processing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Distribution department’s process of business-critical documents, such as CAPAs, ECOs, DCOs, and RSWOs. The Operations Processing Specialist will help create and maintain procedural documents, training, and safety records. This position will also support the creation and maintenance and reporting of departmental KPIs to management team to help drive improvements/changes for operations. This position will also support departmental activities and onboarding activities when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Document the processes performed by the US Operations/Distribution team. Is responsible for maintaining procedural documents.  Will also advise/partner with department to create and implement new procedural documents and training.  
  • Automate reporting of KPIs. Partner with leaders to define relevant metrics.
  • Create Rework Special Work orders using the quality records system in Arena.
  • Document, track, and update any quality issues that require responses
  • Create ECOs and DCOs as required for updating the Product life cycle system as needed.
  • Create and execute on-board training for new employees.
  • Manage and maintain departmental Safety procedures and requirements.
  • Member of Safety Committee, recording any actions that arise from the meeting.
  • Drive implementation of and maintain KPI dashboard.
  • Other duties as required.

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma minimum.  Associate degree or BA in Supply Chain or related discipline preferred.
  • 2-3 years’ experience with documentation creation/process implementation a plus.
  • Experience with SAP (or similar ERP) and Inventory Control. EWM is a plus.

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in business environment software applications - MS Office.
  • Familiarity using Product Life Cycle management system is a plus.
  • Extremely service-oriented to internal customers.
  • Must possess the ability to focus on details and ensure a high degree of data accuracy.  
  • Must be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • The ideal candidate is highly motivated, proactively solves problems and can work both independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision.

Additional Information:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $56,250.00 - $84,375.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
