Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications tailored to meet project requirements. This role requires taking ownership of the application lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality software products that align with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and project understanding.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and best practices related to Workday implementations.
- Experience in designing and executing data conversion strategies to ensure seamless migration and system integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data mapping issues within enterprise software environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and configuration management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
