Are you passionate about exceptional customer experiences, leadership, and all things cheese? Cheese World in Allansford is looking for a motivated and dynamic Café & Retail Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house operations and drive business growth.

How you will make contributions that matter

As a key member of our management team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting business development initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll inspire your team, manage stock, and create memorable experiences for our customers.

• Guide the customer service team, mentor staff, resolve issues, and act as 2IC.
• Manage orders across all channels, deliver tastings, and oversee hampers and wholesale relationships.
• Supervise daily cheese prep, stock orders, supplier liaison, and regular stocktakes.
• Assist with planning, events, register balancing, and general business support.
• Drive promotions, create content, and enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure OH&S compliance and report hazards promptly.

About you

• Proven leadership and supervisory experience in retail or hospitality.
• Strong background in sales, stock management, and customer service.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and OH&S regulations.
• RSA certificate and food safety certification preferred.
