Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Client Executive to join our Corporate team in Copenhagen. In this role, you will take the lead on a portfolio of mid-sized corporate clients, acting as their strategic risk and insurance partner.
You will be responsible for deepening existing relationships, driving growth opportunities and ensuring excellent delivery across all services. As a senior member of the team, you will also play a key role in coaching colleagues and contributing to the development of our client strategy in the corporate segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a portfolio of mid-market corporate clients, with overall responsibility for client satisfaction, retention and growth.
- Act as a strategic advisor on risk and insurance, identifying client needs and designing tailored solutions in collaboration with specialist teams.
- Lead renewal and placement strategies, negotiations and presentations to clients and insurers.
- Proactively identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across products and solutions.
- Represent the client internally, coordinating with broking, placement, claims and specialty teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and other external partners.
- Contribute to business development activities, including pitches and proposals for new corporate clients.
- Support and mentor junior team members, sharing expertise and best practice.
What You Need To Have:
- At least 10 years’ experience within insurance, risk advisory or brokerage.
- Strong understanding of general insurance products and risk transfer solutions.
- Proven track record of managing complex client portfolios and achieving high retention and growth.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, both with clients and internally.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex issues in a clear and structured way.
- Solid negotiation skills and experience in leading renewal and placement discussions.
- High level of professional integrity and client-centric mindset.
- Fluency in English (and Danish preferred), both spoken and written.
