Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the intended requirements. The position demands proactive communication and problem-solving to guide the team and maintain alignment with project goals, while continuously adapting to evolving needs and challenges throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Experience in designing and implementing cloud-based contact center solutions.
- Strong knowledge of telephony systems and customer engagement platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance within Amazon Connect environments.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
