Position Summary

Aetna CVS Health is seeking an Operations Support Manager to lead the Network Platform Solutions organization’s Operations Support Team and drive key compliance initiatives. In this role, you will partner with leaders and teams across the organization to deliver business value through effective oversight of day‑to‑day operations and high‑quality solutions delivery for our customers. You will manage a team of Operations Support Analysts and Developers and collaborate closely with matrixed teams on a variety of projects.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations support, managing team performance, and ensuring compliance with business processes
  • Manage resources and processes, prioritize requests, and coordinate work schedules for optimal operations support
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures and prioritization framework
  • Optimize workflows and implement best practices for operational support and solution development activities
  • Define new metrics, build reports, monitor and analyze, and provide leadership updates on operational performance
  • Lead and mentor staff to build bench strength
  • Work on multiple projects concurrently 
  • Coordinate with other departments, delivery leads, and vendors to support operational needs and process improvement projects
  • Handle escalations and resolve operational issues


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of working with provider data experience 
  • Proven experience in operations management or similar role in a matrix structure
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with operations management software/tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Advanced experience with workflow tools, QuickBase, Power BI, and project management methodologies


Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ Healthcare/Medicaid experience 
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous stakeholder management experience
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
  • Strategic planning and project management experience
  • Knowledge of compliance, health/safety, and budget management
  • Vendor relationship management experience


Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,400.00 - $165,954.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
