Analog Devices Battery Management Systems (BMS) Group is focused on the development of world-class solutions for battery management for electro-mobility and stationary energy storage.
Within the BMS group the Systems & Technology team has a number of Specialized Architect openings across the following areas:
This team comprises of technical experts and system engineers in the areas of battery management systems, cybersecurity, wireless networks, RF and battery technology. The team is responsible for the architectural design, development support and deployment of cutting-edge battery management system solutions comprising of multiple hardware components and software layers. The team also leads advanced technology developments in the areas of battery management, wireless networking and cybersecurity.
Primary locations for these roles are Limerick Ireland, Cork Ireland, and Munich Germany but we will also consider strong remote-working candidates from other European based locations.
The role offers the opportunity to expand your skills as well as learn and contribute across a range of technical domains within battery management system solutions and advanced technology R&D. It offers the opportunity to work with the world’s leading vehicle OEMs and Tier1s on cutting edge technology. Participation on industry standards groups and further education is encouraged and supported. As is working with your peers across Analog Devices on initiatives and working groups.
The ability to employ systems thinking and to collaborate with other Systems Architect and domain experts is key for this role. The ability to work in close cooperation with cross-functional teams is important, as is representing our system solutions to our lead OEM and Tier1 customers.
Your Qualifications:
Minimum BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering; MSEE or MSCE and 10+ years of experience preferred
