Job Description:
Pitney Bowes Bank is entering a major growth phase. For 30 years, the Bank has financed Postage and Shipping, delivered Equipment Financing, managed more than $700M in deposits, and processed billions of payments annually. A treasury and deposits product expert who understands how to build, optimize, and scale deposit products for commercial clients. You’re equally comfortable in front of clients, inside operational workflows, and partnering across the Bank to ensure growth, profitability, and regulatory compliance. You bring a mix of product strategy, treasury operations knowledge, and hands‑on experience with cash‑management tools, controls, and systems.
Manage daily balance trends, including forecasting, segmentation, and involvement with large‑balance commercial clients
Oversee ACH, wire, lockbox, RDC, merchant services, and other treasury transaction processing
Ensure compliance with NACHA rules, wire regulations, and internal control standards
Monitor exception items, returns, and treasury KPIs; resolve discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately
Support treasury account reconciliation and partner with Finance on balance sheet reporting
Manage and enhance treasury services including ACH origination, positive pay, RDC, online banking, reporting tools, sweeps, and fraud tools
Partner with Product Management to refine features, pricing, and customer experience
Evaluate product profitability and cost‑to‑serve; recommend improvements to drive revenue and efficiency
Lead implementation of new treasury systems, automation tools, and digital workflows
Serve as a subject‑matter expert for business clients using treasury and cash‑management services
Build and manage a deposits pipeline; participate directly in prospecting, calls, and client meetings
Oversee onboarding for treasury services including ACH limits, entitlements, fraud controls, and account structures
Troubleshoot complex client issues in partnership with Operations, Sales, and Technology
Participate in quarterly client reviews to recommend cash‑management solutions and deepen relationships
Maintain strong controls around payments, security protocols, and treasury system access
Oversee fraud‑prevention tools including positive pay, ACH filters/blocks, and account monitoring
Ensure compliance with Reg E, OFAC, NACHA, UCC 4A, and internal audit requirements
Prepare documentation for internal audits, regulatory exams, and risk assessments
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT, Lending, and Sales to align treasury processes with Bank strategy
Lead or participate in initiatives involving digital payments, automation, and operational excellence
5–8+ years of experience in treasury services or deposits product management in the U.S.
Familiarity with commercial client onboarding and regulatory requirements
Strong coordination skills within a regulated financial services environment
Knowledge of business deposit products, industry trends, sales practices, and operational policies
Financial acumen to support product strategy and client deal structuring
Client‑facing experience with commercial customers
Knowledge of treasury platforms and ACH/Wire systems
Understanding of the broader payments landscape
Location:
This is a hybrid role, with 4 days in the Shelton, CT office required or 2 days per week if living in the Tristate area. (No relocation assistance offered.)
