About the Role

岗位职责：

• 全面解读集团重大战略，并研究保险行业发展动态及监管政策，敏锐发现营销员渠道战略机遇；
• 根据保险市场趋势、集团营销员渠道战略、同业动向和公司发展情况，进行行业研究、市场分析（策略、经营模式）等，协助制定、调整营销员渠道中长期规划和年度经营策略；
• 定期进行机构经营状况分析和目标达成预测，给出合理化建议，为领导层提供营销员渠道方面决策资讯；
• 根据营销员渠道中长期战略，牵头总部营销员渠道重点项目，负责项目规划、推进和落实，以实现营销员渠道的市场定位、竞争优势和业务增长目标；
• 深入研究保险行业发展动态和内外部客户洞察及营销队伍的需求及痛点，协助制定营销员渠道客户经营策略；
• 通过业务分析及客户数据分析和挖掘，发掘客户价值提升机会及业务增长点，为后续策略迭代优化提供方向。

岗位要求：

• 大学本科以上，金融、精算、管理专业优先，10年以上工作经验；
• 综合的分析、策划能力，同时具备系统思维；
• 涉及到与各个分支机构沟通协调，需要沟通及平衡能力，面对保险营销不断变化的市场状况，要求随机应变的能力；
• 项目管理的推动力度（外）、辅导能力；（对内）相关资料的整编，扎实的语言及文案运用能力；
• 较强的文字、语言驾驭能力。
