Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful delivery of projects and initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of application development, system integrations, and Agile delivery environments, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements through stakeholder workshops and analysis.
Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate closely with architects and developers to ensure requirements are technically feasible and well understood.
Develop and maintain key artifacts, including functional specifications, process flows, data models, and interface definitions.
Support solution design by validating technical options against business objectives and constraints.
Assist with backlog refinement, prioritization, and dependency management in Agile delivery environments.
Support testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by reviewing test cases, validating outcomes, and managing requirement traceability.
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to requirements and solution design.
Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and support stakeholder sign-off and alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Solid understanding of application development, system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
Proven experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
Strong skills in requirements documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with technical teams, including developers, testers, and architects.
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
