About the Opportunity

The purpose of the Demand Management team is to contribute to the success of Driscoll’s Mission through the skilled planning, implementation and execution for successful supply and demand alignment in pursuit of delivering extraordinary internal and external customer service. The team will provide a structure that supports go-to-market and customer strategies through the execution of short-range demand planning across all Sales channels.

 

Responsibilities

In this role, you are accountable for building a high-performing Demand Management function that translates commercial strategy into accurate, value-driven demand plans. You act as the central connector between Sales, Supply Chain and Product teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and continuous optimization.

  • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end Demand Planning process

  • Lead supply–demand alignment to optimize revenue and service levels

  • Partner daily with Sales Leadership on market strategy and seasonal planning

  • Deliver accurate demand forecasts across multiple planning horizons

  • Develop KPIs, performance reports, and pricing optimization insights

  • Drive process improvements (systems, people, workflows)

  • Provide demand insights and recommendations for annual planning

  • Lead and develop the Demand Management team

   

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a commercially driven leader with strong analytical capabilities and a deep understanding of perishable supply chains. You are comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and turning complex data into clear actions

  • Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years relevant experience
  • 5+ years leadership experience in produce/berry industry
  • Background in Sales, Marketing, Category Development, or Supply Chain
  • Experience in Demand Forecasting and ERP systems
  • Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change
  • Willingness to travel (domestic & international)

You are strategic, analytical, collaborative, and improvement-driven with a strong business mindset and the ability to translate market dynamics into actionable demand plans.
