Summary: As an Application Developer for Salesforce Sales Cloud, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions. - Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business process and application requirements, including customizing objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules. - Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce Sales Cloud and other systems, utilizing APIs and middleware tools. - Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Community Cloud. - Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture and data model. - Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. - Experience with Salesforce APIs and middleware tools. - Solid grasp of software development best practices and standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
